Gilroy
Time and place: Currently we meet the first Friday every month at First Street and Monterey Highway in front of St. Mary’s Catholic Church from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. If temperatures are near or above 100 (F), we postpone until the next Friday. Please contact us to confirm by 3:00 p.m. on Friday afternoon.
About us: This small group has been meeting since the late 1990s in Gilroy, California, over 25 years. Once a weekly meeting, our members are getting older, and we hope to infuse our monthly gathering with new life and new members. We do sit rather than stand, but have numerous signs posted and currently, a Palestinian flag. We emphasize peace, compassion and care for all the life on this planet. Come join us!

Sebastopol
Time and place: We stand weekly, on Friday from 12-1, on our Freedom of Speech Corners, in the center of downtown.
About: Sebastopol Women in Black are now small in number, around four of us. Our corner has an interesting history. A military point of view sprouted in response to our early appearance. At first hostile, now after years, accepting of differences. More attrition for both. More active, is a political group of about 3/6, who have commentary signs about our US government. We have become personal representations of these various views.
